Ohio - RN - 1S Observation Day Shift - Zanesville (Replacement for Brooke P.)
About The Position
The RN will primarily work on the 1S Observation unit but will also be required to float to other Med-Surg units (Respiratory, Stroke, Cardiac, etc.) and possibly the ED as well if appropriately skilled/knowledgeable. This is a 36 hours/week, day shift position (7a- 7:30p) with every other weekend required. Taking call would be a very rare occurrence. Current Epic EMR proficiency is required, and active BLS and ACLS are both required. A minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry experience is required, including the ability to read Telemetry/BCRA. Candidates will be tested for this skill on day one and will be immediately terminated if they cannot pass the competency. They will also be immediately terminated if it is discovered they are not Epic proficient.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry experience.
- Ability to read Telemetry/BCRA.
- Current Epic EMR proficiency.
- Active BLS/BCLS.
- Active ACLS.
