RN Nursing Supervisor
About The Position
Diversicare is seeking a registered nurse to supervise nursing staff and support high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance in post-acute care. The RN Supervisor oversees daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. The role also includes mentoring and supporting nursing staff and fostering continuous learning and professional growth. Requirements
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
