RN Nursing Supervisor
About The Position
Evergreen Health and Rehab. is hiring a night Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to provide resident-centered nursing care at its skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Winchester, Virginia. The role is listed as full-time, with a 9 p.m.–7 a.m. schedule Monday through Thursday. The supervisor coordinates and provides resident care, oversees nursing staff, supports residents’ emotional and physical well-being, and communicates with families and interdisciplinary teams. Compensation is listed as $41–$46 per hour, with shift differentials and a limited-time $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a heart for seniors.

- Supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
