About The Position
The role offers full-time opportunities for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting in Glendive, Montana. Nurses provide ongoing care and support to residents, monitor their conditions, administer medications and treatments within their scope of practice, and collaborate with the healthcare team, residents, and families to support individualized care plans. The work emphasizes resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being in a supportive, team-oriented environment that encourages professional development. Consistent day or night shift schedules are available.
Requirements
- Current, active, unrestricted RN or LPN license appropriate for the position.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS and PALS certifications, or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire, as applicable to the position.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing nursing care and support to residents.
- Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
- Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, residents, and families to support individualized care plans.
- Help promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

- Hourly pay of $27–$47, based on experience.
