About The Position
The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with coordinating assessments and service plans to ensure residents receive high-quality care. The Wellness Nurse also assists with compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines. The position assists the Resident Care Director with supervision of C.N.A. staff.
Requirements
- An RN license in the state where the facility is located is required.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations is required.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
- Experience with geriatric care is desired.
