About The Position

BAYADA’s Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with scheduling that can be chosen to fit days, afternoons, evenings, or nights. Nurses receive onboarding and training that includes virtual and hands-on instruction during paid orientation, with access to office support and nurse appreciation events. The position pays $30–$32 per hour. Benefits vary according to employment type.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose, based on a client match.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
