RN - Infant Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA's Willow Grove Pediatric Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with an interest in infant and pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The nurse will provide one-to-one, high-acuity, hospital-level care in a home setting for an infant client with a tracheostomy and ventilator. The client lives with her family in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The role offers day and overnight shifts and traditional 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. BAYADA's Home Intensive Care Unit (HICU™) Health Service team provides training and support, including for nurses seeking to expand their clinical skills. Nurses travel to one client, follow and document physicians' orders, assess and monitor the client's condition, document observations and interventions, and report changes to the Clinical Manager and physician. The position offers autonomy in delivering care in the home.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor the client's condition.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Report changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician.
- Provide one-to-one care in the client's home.
