LPN - Infant Home Care Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA’s Willow Grove Pediatric Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an interest in infant and pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides care for an infant client with a tracheostomy and ventilator in the family’s home in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Day and overnight shifts are available. Nurses provide one-to-one, hospital-level care in a home setting, with comprehensive training and support from the Home Intensive Care Unit (HICU™) Health Service team. The position offers traditional 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and flexible scheduling, with no weekend requirements. Nurses travel to one client on a chosen schedule, carry out and document doctors’ orders, assess and monitor the client, document observations and interventions, and report changes in condition to the Clinical Manager and physician. The role supports autonomous nursing practice in the home. Pay is $35–$39 per hour.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- Current nursing license in good standing in the state.

- Experience in pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator care, or an interest in developing those clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor the client’s condition.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Report changes in the client’s condition to the Clinical Manager and physician.
- Provide one-to-one care in the client’s home and perform nursing skills autonomously.
- Travel to one client according to the chosen schedule.
