RN ICU Days 7 AM to 7 PM SIGN BONUS
About The Position
The Intensive Care RN directs, plans, and organizes nursing activities in the ICU for an assigned shift, focusing on patient, physician, and staff needs. The RN delivers skilled patient care through the nursing process in accordance with established policies and procedures; coordinates care among patients and families, medicine, nursing, ancillary staff, and other team personnel; acts as a patient advocate; and maintains current knowledge of professional nursing practice standards. The position offers a sign-on bonus based on experience: $10,000 for 1–2 years, $20,000 for 3–4 years, or $25,000 for 5 or more years. A three-year commitment is required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active Louisiana nursing license in good standing with the Louisiana nursing board.
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Other certifications, including ACLS and PALS, are due within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinical nursing experience working in the ICU is desired.
