About The Position

The Telemetry RN directs, plans, and organizes nursing activities on the Telemetry unit, focusing on the needs of patients, physicians, and staff. The Registered Nurse supports patients’ medical care under the direction of the Medical Staff and in accordance with the hospital’s mission and objectives. The listed schedule is days, 7 AM to 7 PM.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana nursing license in good standing.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• All other certifications, such as ACLS, due within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Previous clinical nursing experience in Telemetry is desired.
