Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN license
- BLS certification
- 5+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- ACLS & PALS certification (within 6 months)
Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing and patient care across the hospital
- Serve as a leader, mentor, and resource for nursing staff
- Coordinate patient flow and hospital operations
- Respond to critical situations and support care teams in real time
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to ensure exceptional care
