Requirements

• Active RN license (North Carolina)
• Current CPR Certification
• ACLS (within 6 months of hire)
• Recent Critical Care or Med/Surg experience (required)
• Willingness to meet vaccination requirements
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
• Commitment to professionalism and patient-centered care

• PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and prioritization skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, individualized patient care
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions
• Administer medications safely using EHR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment
• Utilize critical thinking in high-pressure situations
• Interpret cardiac monitoring and respond appropriately
