Requirements
- Active RN license (North Carolina)
- Current CPR Certification
- ACLS (within 6 months of hire)
- Recent Critical Care or Med/Surg experience (required)
- Willingness to meet vaccination requirements
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Commitment to professionalism and patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- PALS preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and prioritization skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for care
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, individualized patient care
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions
- Administer medications safely using EHR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment
- Utilize critical thinking in high-pressure situations
- Interpret cardiac monitoring and respond appropriately
