As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you’ll support those in our facilities who are providing care to our patients and community members — helping us advance our mission of making communities healthier®. The Administrative Supervisor plays a critical leadership role across the hospital during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays when department management is not on site. This position supports all clinical and non-clinical departments by coordinating staffing, responding to emergencies, assisting with patient flow, and serving as the primary point of escalation for staff, patients, and families. You’ll collaborate closely with bedside teams, providers, and the Administrator on Call to ensure safe operations and a positive patient experience. This role also supports key functions such as emergency response, OR case scheduling, Employee Health needs, and coordination of deceased patient disposition.
