About The Position

Roxbury Treatment Center is hiring an RN House Supervisor to provide administrative and clinical supervision to facility staff and ensure coordinated patient care in collaboration with the Medical Staff, DON, and other facility leaders. The supervisor oversees nursing staff, patients, and patient care during the assigned shift; conducts chart audits for compliance with assessment, treatment planning, and daily progress notes; reviews incident reports and ensures timely action and documentation to support patient safety; and coordinates with Intake and Admissions regarding admissions, discharges, and transfers. The posting gives conflicting shift information: the title specifies full-time nights, 6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m., while the description also references a dayshift opening from 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is a 112-bed behavioral health facility in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. It provides acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults, an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13–17, and outpatient substance use disorder services through offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. The organization describes its mission as providing high-quality behavioral health services grounded in service excellence, respect, ethical standards, integrity, compassion, and teamwork.
