About The Position

Gulfside Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses to join its field teams serving Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties. The role supports lower patient ratios and personalized, patient-centered care, with nurses receiving support from responsive leadership and a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

The Registered Nurse manages an assigned patient caseload, develops individualized care plans, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and guides and supports LPNs, CNAs, and other care-team members. Patients are seen in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Hospice experience is not required; training is provided, and nurses from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license.
• Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Compassionate and organized, with the ability to work independently while supporting a team-based approach to care.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
• AHCA Level 2 Fingerprint screening for eligibility through the AHCA Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities
