About The Position
The RN Home Health Primary Care position is a 100% FTE hybrid role, with an in-person work location at 2550 Charles St. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. At UW Health in northern Illinois, the position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, career-growth opportunities, a strong shared governance structure, and a commitment to employee voice. Requirements
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing program.
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
- At least 1 year of experience as a professional nurse within the past 3 years in an acute care setting.
- Current RN license from the State of Illinois.
- Current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
