RN Home Care Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatric and adult care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality, reliable private duty nursing in clients’ homes, with one-on-one care and opportunities to build relationships with clients and observe their milestones. Clients range in age from infants to geriatric adults. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and follow a schedule they choose. Private duty nursing offers traditional shift lengths, including 4-, 8-, or 10-hour shifts. Scheduling is flexible with no minimum hours, and full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules are available. BAYADA offers weekly pay, support and training, and benefits that vary according to employment type.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near the nurse’s home according to a chosen schedule.
- Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide one-on-one care to a client.
