About The Position

BAYADA's Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality, reliable care to clients and their families. Nurses travel to one client’s home near them and work on a schedule they choose, matched with a client. The office provides paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing nurse appreciation events.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose to be matched with.
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
