About The Position

BAYADA’s Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality home care. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with a schedule chosen in coordination with the office. BAYADA offers paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing nurse appreciation events. The position pays $30–$32 per hour.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as evidenced by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule arranged with the office.
Follow up on doctors’ orders, carry them out, and document them properly.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
