About The Position

BAYADA’s Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team and provide compassionate, excellent, and reliable home care. Nurses receive onboarding and paid orientation that includes virtual and hands-on training, along with ongoing support from office staff and nurse appreciation events throughout the year. The role involves traveling to one client’s home near the nurse, with scheduling chosen by the nurse and matched to a client. Nurses provide one-to-one care and have access to flexible schedules, including days, afternoons, evenings, and nights. The pay range is $30–$32 per hour. Benefits vary according to employment type. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client home nearby on a schedule chosen by the nurse and matched to a client.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
