About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality and reliable care to clients and their families in a one-to-one home-care setting. Nurses receive paid virtual and hands-on orientation, onboarding and training, and support from the office team. Flexible schedules are available across days, afternoons, evenings and nights, with nurses matched to one nearby client home on a schedule they choose.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one nearby client’s home according to the selected schedule.
Follow up on, carry out and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions and evaluations.
