RN Home Care Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatric and adult care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, one-on-one private duty nursing in clients’ homes, with clients ranging in age from infants to geriatric adults. Nurses travel to one nearby client home on a schedule they choose and provide hands-on care while building relationships with clients and observing their milestones. Private duty nursing offers traditional shifts of 4, 8, or 10 hours. Scheduling is flexible, with no minimums; full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules are available. Nurses follow up on, execute, and document doctors’ orders; assess clients and monitor their conditions; and document observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient care, and short commutes near home. Benefits vary by employment type. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
