About The Position
The Registered Nurse protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure. The nurse collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to coordinate care across the continuum, assesses and supports physical symptoms, and provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The nurse also mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains a professional disposition at all times. The nurse will travel with an APP to the Sterling Clinic.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Illinois or Michigan, or an RN license in the current state.
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers certification.
- Ability to regularly and promptly travel between various sites.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Six months of experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
- Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.
