About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Gastroenterology Clinic provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The role uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills, and leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

The position is with Aurora Medical Group’s gastroenterology team, which diagnoses and treats a range of digestive diseases and conditions and provides individualized care plans using advanced technology and treatment techniques. The clinic serves patients in the Kenosha and Racine, Wisconsin areas.

This is a full-time position of 36 hours per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., scheduled 4.5 days per week; hours vary based on the providers’ schedule. The listed pay range is $35.50–$53.25.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
