About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join its compassionate care team and support its reputation for caring for residents. The role involves traveling to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region as needed and working with associates and residents. Benedictine is a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica, guided by the values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
Requirements
- Hold a current state RN license in good standing.
- Have the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and administer them correctly.
- Travel to facilities within a designated Benedictine region and provide care as required or needed.
