About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join its compassionate care team. The RN Float travels to facilities within a designated Benedictine region as needed and provides care to residents while partnering with associates to support the organization’s reputation for caring for people’s loved ones. Benedictine and its ministry partners are a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica, guided by the core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. The organization describes its culture as comforting and empowering, with opportunities for associates to grow and succeed.
Requirements
- Hold a current state Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Possess the organizational skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Travel to and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required or needed.
