The RN incorporates patient- and family-centered care principles while assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and discharging patients. The role includes partnering with patients and families, incorporating their input and goals into care plans, developing teaching strategies, and documenting education and learning in the health record. The position is full-time, night shift, with 36 scheduled hours per week; hours are 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Days are variable, and the weekend schedule is every third weekend.
