About The Position
The RN Case Manager utilizes a multidisciplinary plan of care to manage a defined population of patients or clients. The role coordinates patient care to meet Infirmary Health standards for quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing.
- Working knowledge of acute care, rehabilitation, or home care.
- Current Alabama RN license, or a current multistate RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact for Alabama.
- For specific areas, CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation RN) certification or eligibility is required.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Master's degree in a clinical specialty desirable.
- Some background in management, clinical education, or case management.
- National certification applicable to the area of clinical practice.
