About The Position
The RN Case Manager collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload. Case Managers play a critical role in providing exceptional, patient-centered care at St. Luke’s. This is a part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week, working 10-hour shifts with a weekend rotation. Full benefits are offered with hospital contributions. Additional pay may be available for qualifying certifications and shift differentials.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma, or Bachelor of Nursing degree.
- Two years of RN experience.
- Current RN license in Idaho.
