This is a PRN-only RNCM position with our agency. We're looking for an experienced RN Case Manager interested in building a long-term employment relationship with our agency by consistently accepting and executing RNCM and recertification visits and weekly medicine setups as needs arise, and providing in-office State Survey support as needed (1-2x/year) in our Perrysburg/Toledo Office, under the guidance of our Northwest Ohio Administrator. There is potential for growth into a Part-Time or Full-Time RNCM position as our agency grows over the next 6-12 months, though we cannot guarantee additional hours at this time. Contractors / Contracted Arrangements will also be considered. RNs with nights-only and weekends-only availability cannot be considered at this time.
