Work Schedule: 100% FTE, on-site clinicals will be 8 or 12 hours with students, primarily day/evening shifts, primarily weekdays. No holidays. Clinicals are held within the greater Madison community; travel will be required to these locations. Supplemental learning activities and open skills labs are held at 610 Whitney Way, hours may vary. We are seeking a RN Apprenticeship Program Clinical Instructor to: Provide instruction to ADN students in the Nursing Apprenticeship program at UW Health primarily through on-site clinical instruction. Supplemental learning activities and open skills labs are utilized to reinforce content within the program. Perform student evaluation and use continuous quality improvement techniques to determine the effectiveness of instruction and student achievement. Identify students needing assistance. Refer and aid as needed. Attend and participate in program meetings and organization meetings as needed. Preferred candidates will have experience as an instructor in an ADN program.
