About The Position

The RMS Analyst is responsible for Rate Management System (RMS) submissions to County Case Managers. The role includes scheduling reviews with team members, evaluating schedules and exceptional needs, submitting information on time, and following up to ensure correct Service Agreements are received. The position tracks and provides business analytics to support revenue capture, process improvement, consistency in RMS submissions, service efficiencies, and compliance. It also supports revenue needs during the annual program budget formation process. The ideal candidate has residential-setting experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of waivers and rates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human services or business, or comparable experience.
Experience completing reports and analyzing data.
Experience or understanding of person-centered planning processes and 245D requirements.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and email.
Keyboarding, computer operation, office management, and basic bookkeeping skills.
Knowledge of uploading documents to an intranet site.

Knowledge of pertinent software utilized by LSS.
Knowledge of Community Residential Service programs.
