About The Position
Sinacola is a 100% employee-owned organization with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The Rigid Frame Operator operates or tends machinery equipped with scoops, shovels, or buckets to excavate and load loose materials. The role involves operating construction equipment and working with the construction team to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget. The operator is responsible for maintaining equipment in good working condition and following all safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Valid Class C driver's license.
- Experience operating and maintaining rigid frame equipment.
- Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Physical ability to operate and maintain the equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience operating and maintaining rigid frame equipment in a construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate rigid frame equipment safely and efficiently.
