About The Position

BlueCat is seeking a RevOps Process Architect to define how its go-to-market engine should work and prepare it for automation and AI. It also supports the evolution and rationalization of the GTM technology stack, including requirements and rollout work for Salesforce, CPQ, and other GTM tools. The position works across teams to set priorities, define performance measures, align stakeholders, and drive adoption. The position offers an annual salary range of $160,000–$185,000 USD, plus participation in a discretionary bonus plan. It is an existing vacancy. BlueCat offers eligible employees medical, dental, and vision insurance; tax-advantaged accounts; an annual Lifestyle Spending Account; a 401(k) with company matching; paid parental leave; vacation, personal, and wellness days; and an annual learning and development budget. Eligible employees may also participate in the company's annual bonus program.
