About The Position

We’re growing and looking to hire a RevOps Data Analyst who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity. Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection, dedicated to securing the critical infrastructure that keeps the world running. We’re a fast-growing, award-winning team where innovation meets purpose—and we want you to help us define the future of cybersecurity. About the Role: Are you a data-driven strategist who loves turning raw numbers into actionable growth? As our RevOps Data Analyst, you will be the analytical engine driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution. You won't just mine data—you will translate it into powerful, usable insights that shape the future of our revenue organization. Partnering cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, and GTM teams, you will own our data models, maintain our reporting infrastructure, and track the leading and lagging indicators that propel our business forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional work experience in data analysis, data science, or revenue operations.
  • Proven experience working directly within a RevOps or GTM function (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations).
  • Demonstrated experience building sophisticated data models, managing data definitions, and maintaining BI infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with modern forecasting and revenue analytics tools (e.g., Clari, Databricks).
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI technologies and machine learning tools for predictive data analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience managing enterprise BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).

Responsibilities

  • Mine, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, build predictive data models, and deliver high-impact strategic insights.
  • Define, track, and report on key leading and lagging performance indicators for the RevOps and broader GTM organizations.
  • Own and manage the deployment of interactive dashboards, documentation of data definitions, and overall reporting infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Partner closely with other business units (such as Finance) to support data requests, align key metrics, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
  • Translate intricate data findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Benefits

  • The expected base salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $110,000, determined by objective criteria including skills, qualifications, and experience level. This range represents base salary only and does not include variable compensation components such as equity or bonuses. Details regarding the broader total rewards package will be shared prior to interviews.
