RevOps Analyst - AI & Automation

SukiRedwood City, CA

About The Position

At Suki, we’re designing healthcare technology that solves one of the biggest problems in medicine: clinician burnout. Our proprietary Ambient Clinical Intelligence (ACI) platform is built in partnership with clinicians, with the mission of meaningfully improving their lives, their patients’ lives, and the healthcare system as a whole. As the only purpose-built AI platform to span the entire clinical workflow, Suki frees clinicians from heavy administrative burdens and brings them back to the reason they chose medicine in the first place: caring for patients. Our flagship product, Suki for Clinicians, plugs into the pre-visit, patient encounter, and post-visit stages, automating documentation, reducing note-taking time by 41%, and allowing clinicians to focus on the person in front of them rather than on paperwork. Our ACI doesn’t just listen in the background; it functions as an invisible layer that understands, contextualizes, and helps with everything from pre-charting to revenue cycle management. On average, clinicians who use Suki see a 60% reduction in feelings of burnout, an 81% increase in practice satisfaction, and a $1,688 increase in incremental monthly revenue per user. Our partner product, Suki for Partners, allows EHRs, telehealth platforms, RCM solutions, care management systems, and hardware partners to leverage APIs and SDKs through the Suki Developer Layer in order to deliver transformative ACI inside their own surfaces. Our customers see a 9x ROI in year one — and we’re just getting started. Why we need you Revenue Operations at Suki runs on recurring work: leadership reporting, forecasting, quota and license management, invoicing, and the dozens of weekly and monthly rituals that keep Sales and CS aligned. Today, too much of it is done by hand. This role exists to change that. You'll be the person who takes our day-to-day RevOps workflows and rebuilds them as AI-powered automations - and, along the way, owns a slice of the operational work so you understand it well enough to automate it for good. This is a builder's role at heart. Most of your time goes to designing and shipping automations and AI agents that make our Commercial workflows faster and smarter. You'll also stay close to the operational work itself - owning a set of hands-on workflows and the coordination around them - because the sharpest automation ideas come from knowing a process end to end. If you like owning outcomes and turning manual work into systems, you'll do well here. You'll work directly with the function head, who will set clear direction and priorities. We're looking for a fast, proactive doer who brings their own ideas to how the work gets built.

Requirements

  • Around 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Ops, Business Operations, or a closely related analytical/operational role - or at least one year of hands-on AI/automation work.
  • Genuinely AI-native: hands-on experience building with Claude (including Claude Code), designing agents, and prompt engineering. You already reach for AI tools to solve problems.
  • Comfort with no-code/low-code automation (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make) and connecting tools via APIs.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Strong spreadsheet and slide-building skills (Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides) - comfortable turning data into clean, decision-ready decks.
  • An execution-first, high-ownership mindset - fast, proactive, detail-tolerant, and comfortable with both ambiguous build work and hands-on operational tasks.
  • Clear communicator who can drive cross-functional follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Some real coding experience (Python, SQL, or similar) - a strong plus, though not required.
  • Exposure to BI tools (Tableau) and modern RevOps stacks.
  • Background in healthcare and/or B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI automations and agents (the core of the job)
  • Design, build, and operate AI agents and automations for recurring RevOps workflows, working from direction set by the team lead.
  • Automate the manual reporting our team produces today - auto-generated decks and slides, refreshed dashboards, and recurring leadership updates.
  • Own the app and agent layer end to end: Claude agents, deck/report generation, and no-code/API connective tissue between our tools.
  • Prototype quickly, ship, measure, and iterate. Bias toward getting a working version live over a perfect spec.
  • Run and improve operational workflows
  • Own a defined set of hands-on operational tasks - user and license management, invoicing mechanics, and reporting support.
  • Drive the cross-functional follow-ups that keep these moving: coordinating with Finance, Legal, Sales, and CS to close loops and unblock work.
  • Turn the friction you feel in that operational work into your automation roadmap.
  • Find and scale opportunities
  • Proactively surface workflows that are ripe for automation and pitch how you'd tackle them.
  • Document what you build so it's maintainable and can scale across the team.

Benefits

  • Base salary range for this role is between $85k - $115k. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
