About The Position

Nordis Technologies is seeking an organized, driven Revenue Specialist to support its revenue cycle process. The role requires strong billing and accounts receivable experience, along with a general understanding of accounting. It is described as an entry-level position involving monitoring customer accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting tight deadlines. The Revenue Specialist reports directly to the Senior Accountant.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including exposure to lookups, XLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly customer invoices and review billing reports for accuracy.
• Follow up on accounts receivable.
• Provide customers with direct support regarding billing questions.
• Apply customer payments.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
• Update and reconcile daily postage meters.
• Create postage deposit requests for customers.
• Review and conduct customer postage deposit analysis.
• Assist the team with other accounting projects.
