About The Position

This position is responsible for billing shipments and processing payments for company drivers. The role reviews supporting documentation, initiates billing, creates driver payroll, and coordinates information to support timely billing. Employees are expected to promote effective communication, teamwork, respect for coworkers, constructive guidance, and high-quality customer service. Requirements

• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Review supporting documentation and initiate the billing process.
• Meet established daily and weekly quotas for bills produced.
• Create payroll for driver pay and meet payroll closing deadlines.
• Provide customer service.
• Coordinate the flow of information to ensure timely billing of shipments.
• Promote effective and timely communication, teamwork, and respect for coworkers.
• Provide constructive guidance to other employees and third-party representatives.
• Contribute to providing customers with high-quality products and services.
