Revenue Operations Process Manager

Fieldwire•San Francisco, CA
•$97,000 - $130,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Revenue Operations Process Manager owns the business processes, governance, and operating framework that power Fieldwire’s upper-funnel go-to-market engine. This process architecture role defines how work flows across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Customer Success so that inbound, outbound, and account-based motions operate as a cohesive system. The role designs how target accounts are identified, prioritized, routed, engaged, and progressed through the buyer journey, with 6sense as a core component of the operating model. The manager translates go-to-market strategy into scalable process logic, workflows, decision frameworks, business requirements, and acceptance criteria, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and CRM and systems teams. The role focuses on process design, governance, adoption, and performance—not system administration, configuration, campaign execution, reporting alone, or ticket-based support. The position is on-site at Fieldwire’s San Francisco, California headquarters. The estimated US salary range is $97,000–$130,000, with a corporate bonus that may be available up to 30%.
