We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (AI and Automation) to take charge of and optimize how inbound and outbound leads are captured, routed, and converted into pipeline. This role is essential for evolving our go-to-market engine. You will design and operate an AI-powered tracking system that ensures every high-quality lead is handled quickly, consistently, and effectively, without relying on a traditional BDR team. You will act as the liaison between AI-powered systems and sales teams, ensuring that automation enhances—not replaces—sales effectiveness. This is not a traditional operations role. You will build the engine that transforms demand into pipeline, using AI and automation to amplify sales teams and enable scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or growth.
  • Solid experience with CRMs and lead lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools in go-to-market processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and optimize workflows combining automation and human execution.
  • Comfortable with data, segmentation, and performance indicators.
  • Mastery of AI applied to real business processes (not just experimental).
  • Systemic thinking: designing scalable processes rather than relying on manual work.
  • Connector mentality: ability to bridge marketing, sales, and technology.
  • Results-oriented: focus on pipeline and conversion, not just activity.
  • Proficiency in English is required, as the role involves regular communication with clients and colleagues located outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lead attribution logic within the CRM.
  • Ensure all inbound leads are assigned quickly and systematically follow up on human outreach.
  • Design and maintain attribution rules (territory, rotation, priority levels).
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-assisted tracking systems.
  • Ensure every qualified lead is integrated into structured engagement sequences (5 to 10 interactions).
  • Continuously improve the use of AI for: Generating messages, Personalizing approaches, Adapting sequences based on lead behavior and signals.
  • Act as the link between AI tools and revenue (GTM) teams.
  • Ensure AI-generated communications are: Relevant, Timely, Actionable for sellers.
  • Translate feedback from sales teams into improvements for AI workflows and logic.
  • Enable sellers to easily interact with AI-generated conversations and convert them.
  • Integrate and operationalize data from multiple sources (intent signals, contact data, inbound activity).
  • Structure and enrich data to improve AI performance and segmentation.
  • Identify and correct gaps in data flows, enrichment, and quality.
  • Integrate partner data (certifications, partner leads, co-sell signals) into CRM/marketing workflows to improve targeting and visibility.
  • Ensure visibility of partner certification requirements (Google, Adobe, Shopify, etc.) and track their status.
  • Implement automated workflows to identify certification gaps and trigger follow-ups.
  • Capture and structure successes, use cases, and proof points from partners for reuse by sales/marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to align certifications with GTM priorities and co-sell opportunities.
  • Track and report: Lead response time, Lead-to-appointment conversion rates, Pipeline generated, Effectiveness of AI-driven actions.
  • Continuously test and optimize: Messaging, Segmentation, Follow-up cadence.
  • Identify bottlenecks in lead management and conversion.
  • Design scalable workflows that reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure no qualified lead is overlooked.
  • Track partner-influenced pipeline, certification coverage, and partner campaign effectiveness.
