Viant is seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our go-to-market engine. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, compensation, and performance analytics. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how revenue is planned, measured, and executed across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, bringing structure, insights, and rigor to decision-making while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive growth.
