About The Position

The Revenue Operations Manager leads the team responsible for preparing home health claims for billing. The manager oversees and develops onshore and offshore team members and team leads, sets priorities, monitors workload and performance, provides feedback and training, and supports the team in resolving or escalating operational and clinical issues. The role establishes and maintains SOPs, quality controls, and escalation paths to promote accurate and consistent work. The position owns physician order follow-up and billing readiness, including oversight of outstanding orders and plans of care, physician information verification, receipt and signature follow-up, and accurate recording in HCHB. It also manages pre-bill audits and held claims, coordinating with clinical, quality, medical records, contract therapy, billing, and other teams to address documentation and compliance exceptions. The manager uses workflow boards and dashboards to monitor unsigned orders, held claims, aging, productivity, and unbilled revenue. In partnership with R&D, product, and engineering, the role maps workflows, defines requirements and guardrails, tests tools and automations, and translates team feedback and performance data into process improvements, revised SOPs, and training.
