About The Position

Socket is hiring its first dedicated Revenue Operations Manager to own and improve its existing HubSpot setup, Clay and the rest of its go-to-market stack, the data in those systems, and the territories and target-account lists used by sales representatives. The company expects to move from HubSpot to Salesforce, and this role will lead that migration. The position is hands-on: the manager will work alongside representatives, identify problems and opportunities proactively, and create fixes and automation that support revenue growth. The role reports to the Head of Enablement and works closely with the VP of Sales, sales leaders, and IT.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems at a growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including flows, custom objects, permissions, integrations, and reporting, plus working experience with HubSpot.
  • Experience leading a CRM migration or major rebuild, including driving team adoption.
  • Experience building territories, routing, and pipeline reporting used by sales leaders to run their business.
  • Experience working directly with sales representatives and building tools they wanted to use.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude to automate operational work.
  • Experience as an early RevOps hire.
  • Experience with Clay and a commissions tool such as CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales representatives to identify and resolve points where the CRM or sales processes slow them down.
  • Track conversion at every funnel stage, identify stalled deals and missing signals, and turn findings into process improvements and automation.
  • Own the day-to-day health of HubSpot and the go-to-market stack, including Clay, Lusha, Orum, and Gong; maintain fields, permissions, workflows, integrations, and reports.
  • Plan and lead the expected migration from HubSpot to Salesforce, including data mapping, cutover, and user adoption.
  • Set data quality standards, conduct quarterly deduplication audits, and ensure Clay enrichment data entering the CRM is complete and clean.
  • Maintain consistent pipeline stages and exit criteria, and build pipeline and forecast reports used by sales leadership each week.
  • Own target-account lists and territories, refresh them quarterly, assign them to representatives, and prepare lists for new hires.
  • Keep rules of engagement current and resolve routing problems at their source.
  • Support commissions through clean data, crediting, reconciliation of bookings to the CRM, and responses to representative questions.

Benefits

  • Market-competitive salary bands.
  • Meaningful equity program.
  • Comprehensive health benefits for employees and their families, with 99% coverage.
  • Flexible time off, holidays, and a winter shutdown.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Remote-first work with quarterly team off-sites.
