About The Position

Coram AI is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own the processes and systems that run its go-to-market engine. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, this person will identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and data accuracy, then design processes, systems, and AI workflows to address them. The role owns initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurement of results. The position combines process design with hands-on systems administration and building. It partners with senior stakeholders across sales, channel, enablement, marketing, and finance to simplify key go-to-market processes; administer HubSpot and the sales engagement and dialing stack; and prioritize AI-native automation that gives salespeople more time to sell. The role is on-site five days a week in Sunnyvale, California.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM systems, or a related field, including meaningful experience supporting an outbound sales team at a B2B technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous process or system problem through design, implementation, adoption, and measurable improvement in team productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot or Salesforce, including CRM architecture, objects and properties, pipelines, workflows, permissions, data quality, reporting, and best practices.
  • Administrator-level experience with a sales engagement platform such as Salesloft or Outreach and a dialer such as Nooks or similar, including sequence design, call logging, dispositions, and CRM synchronization.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents or automations that remove manual work from sales workflows, with sound judgment about whether to build an AI workflow or buy an off-the-shelf system.
  • Experience designing and implementing processes, tools, and systems that sales teams adopt and rely on, supported by effective change management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market motions and revenue processes, including lead routing, territory management, deal stages, forecasting, and partner or channel sales.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including the ability to connect tools through APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain tradeoffs to representatives, managers, executives, and partners and enforce process requirements when needed.
  • Strong ownership and judgment, with the ability to prioritize independently and balance long-term system improvements with immediate business needs.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week in Sunnyvale, California.
