About The Position

OfficeRnD is seeking a RevOps Intern to join their Revenue Operations team in Bulgaria. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and work with team leads to support the quote-to-signature process and the daily execution of pricing and contracting. This is a hands-on internship for individuals early in their careers who want to learn about the operations of a B2B SaaS sales organization. The intern will collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams, gain exposure to Finance and Legal, and develop foundational RevOps skills. The internship is for 6 months and may lead to a full-time position in RevOps or Customer Experience based on performance, candidate aspirations, and business needs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Passion for pursuing a career path in Sales/Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or Customer Experience.
  • Proactive learner with a preference for hands-on experience and eagerness to learn on the fly.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
  • Strong desire to build a long-term career within the software/SaaS ecosystem.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in contracts and quotes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Inquisitive mindset, with a tendency to ask 'why' and explore details beyond surface-level answers.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to a B2B software or SaaS company.
  • Experience building reports or dashboards in a BI tool.
  • Exposure to change management frameworks or a track record of supporting process rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the quote-to-signature process by assisting with day-to-day deal processing to ensure quotes move to signed contracts accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and review quotes in Hubspot and PandaDoc, verifying correct pricing, products, and contract terms.
  • Assist Sales and Customer Success teams in troubleshooting issues related to quotes, contracts, and closing tools.
  • Track active deals and identify any that are stalled or require attention.
  • Support the rollout of pricing, discount, and packaging changes by updating quote and contract templates, and related documentation.
  • Conduct spot-checks on pricing and discount application across deals to identify inconsistencies.
  • Maintain internal references such as playbooks, FAQs, and approval matrices to ensure representatives have the most current guidance.
