About The Position

Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits, addressing the issue that more than half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future due to lack of employer-offered retirement plans. The company makes it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings. As a high-growth fintech company, Human Interest is backed by significant investors. The Revenue Operations Coordinator role serves as the operational backbone for the Revenue and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, managing administrative workflows and logistics to scale the revenue engine. This support-heavy position requires organization, meticulous detail, and high-velocity execution, offering an insider’s view into a world-class revenue team's operations, from new hire orchestration to data and tools support. The Operations Excellence team, which this role is part of, focuses on "zero-error" execution and scaling vital internal workflows, acting as a bridge between strategy and execution by managing critical infrastructure, compliance monitoring, technical knowledge governance, and end-to-end logistics for the GTM team.
