The Ticketing & Revenue Operations Coordinator serves as the primary day-to-day support for ticketing and operational systems, coordinating retail, rentals, group visits, and front-of-house operations. This role helps maintain accurate system setup, reporting, pricing, and workflow execution while supporting earned revenue activity and a smooth, welcoming visitor experience. Working across departments, the Coordinator helps strengthen the operational foundation needed to support PMML’s visitor experience, revenue activity, and long-term institutional growth.
