Requirements

  • A few years of business experience; ideally revenue operations, sales operations, or a comparable role at a SaaS company, venture firm, or investment bank
  • Background in at least one of: AI tools and automation, computer systems, data modeling, or analytics
  • Hands-on with HubSpot
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets, SQL, and light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) at whatever depth the problem needs
  • Sharp written and verbal communicator; you can explain a workflow change to a rep and a margin trend to a board member
  • Bias toward simple over clever. The best system is the one people actually use.

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: pipelines, properties, automations, integrations, hygiene
  • Build Configure - Price - Quote templates (PandaDoc) and approval flows that move deals through faster
  • Run the outbound stack (Apollo or Clay) to support a productive top of funnel
  • Connect HubSpot, QuickBooks, and the rest of the GTM stack so revenue data is one source of truth
  • Build dashboards in BI/AI analytics tool (or your tool of choice) that the CEO, board, and investors actually use
  • Bring AI tools into our daily workflow; drafting, summarizing, scoring, routing, anything that buys the team time
  • Partner with the leadership team on board, investor, and operating reporting
  • Spot broken processes before anyone else does, and fix them
