Revenue Operations Associate

Alt Platform Inc•New York, NY
•$75,000 - $95,000•Remote

About The Position

Alt is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to manage the systems, automations, and data infrastructure supporting its growing sales engine. The role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and technology, helping sales representatives spend less time on manual work and more time closing. The sales operation is scaling quickly, and this position will build the infrastructure needed to support that growth. This is a fully remote role reporting directly to the Director of Operations. The associate will be the sole Revenue Operations hire supporting a sales team of 10, with significant ownership, visibility, and impact on how the business grows. The primary North Star metric is Lead to Opportunity Conversion Rate; the secondary metric is Sales Qualified Lead Volume.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a high-growth startup or technology company.
  • Experience administering a CRM beyond basic usage, including building custom fields, flows, reports, and dashboards, and managing integrations.
  • Experience building workflows that replace manual processes, with demonstrable examples such as sequencing, lead routing, or enrichment automations.
  • Comfort pulling and interpreting data from dashboards and analytics tools to support lead scoring and operational decisions.
  • Ability to communicate complex operational changes clearly through messages, documentation, or presentations that sales representatives and leadership can act on.
  • Self-starter who identifies problems and builds solutions without being asked, and is comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and iterate on the lead scoring model based on senior leadership direction, and flag when data suggests adjustments are needed.
  • Maintain and configure lead-enrichment workflows that provide sales representatives with context before their first outreach.
  • Monitor pipeline conversion metrics and report findings to leadership.
  • Serve as the day-to-day Salesforce administrator, managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
  • Build Salesforce fields, record types, reports, and dashboards as the business evolves.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure customer data syncs correctly and records remain accurate.
  • Coordinate CRM changes with external contractors and internal engineering, supporting execution against timelines.
  • Work with the Director of Operations to improve retention metrics and reporting, including cohort analysis across customer segments.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify churn risk and share findings with leadership to support potential improvements.
  • Support CX and marketing by pulling data for re-engagement and cold-lead conversion programs.
  • Configure and build sequencing, outreach automations, alerts, notifications, and email triggers based on leadership requirements, partnering with Engineering on projects.
  • Document and standardize sales workflows so processes can scale as the team grows.
